Returns

- You can return unused, unaltered items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

- Custom or made-to-order items and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are unopened and still in their original sealed packaging and in perfect condition (contact us first).

- To start a return, email info@uniquecraftsbyjana.co.uk with your order number and photos (if relevant). We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days.

- Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Use a tracked service and insure the parcel — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

- If your order is incorrect, damaged or defective (including beeswax candles), please email info@uniquecraftsbyjana.co.uk  within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

- We will offer repair, replacement or full refund. If we ask for the item back, we will provide a pre-paid return label for UK returns.

- We aim to resolve faulty-item claims within 10 business days after receiving all required information.

Warranty (Limited)

- We provide a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. This includes jewellery, home decor, concrete/resin items and beeswax candles for the specific issues described above.

- Covered examples: wire wrapping coming undone due to poor workmanship, major resin curing defects, severe candle cracking caused during making.

- Not covered: general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, chemical exposure, tarnishing, normal beeswax bloom, scent strength, or damage from improper care.

- To make a warranty claim, email info@uniquecraftsbyjana.co.uk with your order number, photos and a description. We will respond within 3 business days.

Care Notes (important for keeping warranty valid)

- Jewellery: avoid water, perfumes, lotions and sleeping or exercising while wearing pieces. Store in a soft pouch and polish gently with a soft cloth.

- Resin items: avoid prolonged direct sunlight and strong solvents. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.

- Concrete pieces: wipe only with a dry cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. No contact with water.

- Beeswax candles: store cool and dry, trim wick to 5mm, burn on heat-resistant surface, do not burn more than 3–4 hours at a time. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.

Other notes

- Custom charges, promotions and shipping terms may change; refunds are based on the price paid.

- Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Beeswax Candles — Returns, Warranty & Care

- Returns: Unused beeswax candles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Candles that have been unwrapped, burned or altered cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Faulty or damaged on arrival: If a candle arrives cracked, badly misshapen or otherwise damaged, email info@uniquecraftsbyjana.co.uk within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund and cover return postage if we request the item back.

- Warranty: Beeswax candles have a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects that affect burn safety or structural integrity (for example, severe cracking caused during making). Normal variations in colour, slight surface bloom (a natural white powdery film on pure beeswax), scent strength, or minor imperfections are not faults and are not covered.

- Care and safety notes: Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid softening or warping. Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn and burn on a heat-resistant surface. Do not burn for longer than 3-4 hours at a time. Keep away from draughts, children and pets.

- Naturals characteristics: Beeswax is a natural product; slight colour variation, scent differences, and surface bloom are normal. Bloom can be wiped off with a soft cloth or gently warmed away; it does not affect burn quality.
